Shipping policy

All billing and shipping addresses must match when placing an order. Orders with mismatched information may be rejected by our secondary insurance provider.

Shipments are set to require a signature by default to ensure safe delivery. If a customer requests to waive the signature requirement, the package may be left at the mailbox or front door at the discretion of the delivery carrier. BONERZ is not responsible for any packages once they are confirmed delivered by the shipping company to the location provided by the customer.

Orders placed after 5 PM CST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a tracking number is marked as delivered by the carrier, BONERZ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. The delivery company is solely responsible for the shipment once it leaves our hands.


Important: Once an order is placed, WE CAN NOT CHANGE the shipping address on the order.
Please double-check your address before submitting your purchase.

International Orders:
Orders placed outside the U.S. may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are not collected by BONERZ and must be paid by the recipient at delivery.
